These Terms cover your use of the Sapphirebaygrand website and any service, booking or experience arranged through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are intended solely for adult guests aged 18 and over. By confirming your age on the entry page you affirm that this applies to you. We may ask for photographic identification on arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• All reservations depend on availability and confirmation.
• Prices are shown in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be charged separately.
• A valid credit card is needed to hold a reservation. Full payment is collected on departure unless otherwise arranged.

4. Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is billed; no-shows are charged for the entire stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly advised.

5. Conduct of guests

We reserve the right to refuse service or end a stay when a guest endangers staff or other guests, damages property, ignores our gaming rules, or otherwise breaches reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our property is regulated by International law and is available only to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits can be set at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We take every reasonable step to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We are not liable for valuables that are not placed in the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Sapphirebaygrand or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

This website may include links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
